Following our obligation-free meeting where we will see if we are a fit for each other, my Pregnancy & Birth Package includes:
- 2-3 antenatal visits in your home where we will explore your needs and desires of birth while preparing your partner for his/her role in birth
- antenatal education for you and your partner, including an exploration of my role as your doula during labour & birth
- we will learn about each other, the plan is to build a good level of comfort and trust, working through your fears and needs
- one of our meetings will be dedicated in preparing your birth plan, which is the opportunity for you to learn about your choices and preferences
- unlimited support for you and your partner via phone, email and messages 24/7
- I’ll be on call from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby
- I’ll come to your home once you are in established labour and stay with you until about 2 hours after your baby is born
- I can take photos/videos of your birth experience if you wish me to
- I will always be available for your physical, emotional and informational support throughout pregnancy and during your labour
- one postnatal visit where I will come to your home for a postpartum follow up and debrief your baby’s birth. We will explore any concerns or eventual questions.
