My Postpartum package includes:
- one prenatal visit where we will discuss your desired postpartum journey
- after birth I will come to your home twice a week for 6 weeks, and will help you gain confidence in your new mother role
- during my 2 hour visit I will support you on your birth recovery. I’ll assist you and your partner with cooking, some house work, child minding, minding baby while you nap or shower…
- I’ll be there to support you on your breastfeeding journey, helping you in taking care of your newborn baby and anything you would need me to
Post partum is such a fragile and important period where the more support you get the more relaxed and confident parent you will become.
